Natural Vitamin E 400 IU - convenient capsules and high-quality composition
सत्यापित खरीदारी
Solaray's excellent vitamin E: natural d-α-tocopherol with mixed tocopherols (400 IU/268 mg). The softgels are small, odorless, and easy to swallow; a 100-capsule bottle is economical. I take them in courses with food—they're well tolerated, and I like the clean ingredients and consistent quality of the brand. A good option for basic antioxidant support. I recommend it; remember that vitamin E can affect blood clotting—be sure to consult your doctor before surgery or when taking anticoagulants.

Skin appearance significantly improved
सत्यापित खरीदारी
I've been taking the capsules for about two months, and my blemishes have improved significantly. They've almost disappeared. I've also been taking vitamin A, omega 3, vitamin D3, and B complex for a while, but only since I started taking vitamin E have I noticed a significant change.

This is my first time ordering vitamin E from this company. I'm taking it in courses as prescribed by my doctor. I'll update my review later.
