An excellent, high-quality antioxidant in convenient capsules. They're small, easy to swallow, and leave no unpleasant aftertaste. I've noticed that my skin has become firmer, fresher, and less dry, and my eyes don't get as tired from working at the computer. I have more energy, and my morning sluggishness has gone away. I'm very pleased with the results.

Astaxanthin is classified as a xanthophyll, which is a carotenoid pigment. It is found in fish and algae and contributes to the natural color of many marine animals. Astaxanthin is a powerful antioxidant due to its unique molecular structure. It also helps fight free radicals and maintains a natural, healthy glow in the skin.

The quality of Solgar Astaxanthin is excellent, and I feel confident taking it daily for skin, eye, and overall antioxidant support. The ingredients are clean and pure, with no unnecessary fillers or additives. The size of the softgels is easy to swallow, making daily use simple and convenient. The packaging is sturdy, well-sealed, and keeps the capsules fresh. Overall, this supplement is very effective in reducing oxidative stress and supporting overall wellness.
