Purchased these quality Solgar B Complex caps to supplement my use of High dose B1 (Benfotiamine) and they are doing the job nicely These tick the box for the following: High dose of B1 & B3 but low dose of B6 v B3 in a form that avoids niacin flush v Methyl folate B9 NOT folic acid v Methyl B12 NOT Cyanocobalamin v Higher dose Biotin B7 Thorne is a great brand using only quality ingredients so l can highly recommend these B Complex if looking to support energy metabolism, nervous system function and brain function in an increasing toxic food environment

⚡ 1. Energy and Reduced Fatigue: B vitamins (especially B1, B2, B3, and B5) help the body convert food into energy ➡️ meaning a person may feel less sluggish and energetic 🧠 2. Nerves and Concentration: B6 + B12 + Folate = support for the nervous system and may slightly improve focus and attention for some people 😌 3. Mood and Stress: B vitamins are linked to brain function ➡️ sometimes help reduce feelings of mental fatigue or mild stress 🩸 4. Blood and Blood Cell Formation: B12 + Folate are important for blood formation ➡️ beneficial if there is a slight deficiency

As a complex of group B vitamins, it is a great option. However, I believe that vitamins in supplements should be used responsibly, taking into account which vitamin is lacking. The best option is to get vitamins from food. Also, before taking it, you should pass an analysis for the mutation of the genes of the folate cycle to understand whether it is appropriate to take this particular form of folic acid.

I decided to try the B-vitamin complex "50" from Solgar to support energy and the nervous system. I've been taking it for a few weeks now, and I feel less tired and stress is easier to bear. I really like that the capsules are vegetable, without unnecessary additives. The condition of my hair and nails has also improved, which was a nice bonus. The complex is easy to take and has a balanced composition - exactly what you need for an active lifestyle.

Vitamin B complex

Vitamin B is an essential nutrient, but its dosage and composition can be challenging, making it difficult to choose. As a fat-soluble vitamin, exceeding the recommended dosage can lead to side effects. This product masterfully combines these challenging ingredients and boasts a high level of reliability, particularly due to its high quality.
