A proven Solgar supplement. I take many of my vitamins from Solgar. My skin and hair have noticeably improved. Biotin is a water-soluble B vitamin. It supports healthy skin, nails, and hair and is necessary for the proper functioning of certain enzymes. I highly recommend it!

After Covid, my hair couldn't recover for a long time. A third of my thick hair disappeared. I bought this biotin, drank 2 jars. I made masks. And there was a shift! The structure of this substance includes sulfur, a very important ingredient for healthy hair, skin, nails. I liked the composition because it didn't take long to see the result. My nails became stronger, my hair came back to life. But this is not a matter of one day. You need to be patient and everything will work out.

I’ve been taking Solgar Biotin 5,000 mcg and I’m genuinely happy with the results. My hair feels fuller, I’m seeing noticeably less shedding, and my nails have become much stronger. The capsules are easy to take and gentle on my stomach, and the overall quality feels very reliable. After trying other biotin supplements in the past, this is the first one where I’ve actually seen a real difference. I’ll definitely keep it in my routine.

Vitamin B7 is considered a "beauty vitamin" and is responsible for transporting sulfur atoms into the structure of hair, skin, and nails, thereby ensuring a healthy appearance. I take 1 capsule daily.

Solgar Biotin 5,000 mcg Vegetable Capsules is a high-quality supplement that’s easy to add to a daily routine. The veggie capsules are easy to swallow, and I appreciate the clean ingredient profile and Solgar’s strong reputation for quality. The 100-count bottle lasts a good while, and the potency is well balanced for regular use. Everything arrived fresh and well sealed. Overall, a reliable product and great value — I would definitely purchase it again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've been taking Biotin 5000 mcg for about a month now. I took it mainly for my hair and nails. My hair loss has decreased, new shorter hairs have appeared, and my nails are noticeably stronger—they've stopped splitting and are growing faster. The tablets are small and easy to swallow, and I haven't noticed any side effects. I understand the effect isn't immediate, but I'm happy with the results and will continue taking it.

Mega dose for hair and nail growth
सत्यापित खरीदारी
When my hair started to fall out a lot after stress, I turned on this biotin. The dosage of 5000 mcg (5 mg) is one of the highest on the market. I took one capsule a day. After 3 months, I noticed that not only was my hair falling out less, but a new "fluff" appeared, and my nails became very strong. Vegetarian capsules. A powerful growth stimulant.
