excellent amino acids

This is a set of essential amino acids. This means that they must either be taken or obtained from food. Therefore, I often take them in courses. I really like this brand for the quality and purity of the composition.

Super, satisfied. There was energy, muscles grow better and do not hurt. I drink before training, sometimes I combine it with bsaa. Ingredients, the ingredients are excellent. I see the result. I liked it. There are no other such results. I will take more. The quality is on top! The jar is glass. It is very important that the necessary amino acids enter the body.

I took it for the first time as prescribed by a trichologist, I am still continuing the course of treatment, so I will continue to buy it. So far I can say that after drinking it for 1.5 months I have not found any side effects, it is absorbed well.

The amino acid complex is a good product. I took it two years ago to increase my protein intake when I couldn't eat properly due to a busy work schedule. The product is high-quality, like most of this brand's products. It's easily digestible and doesn't cause stomach issues. The ingredients are good—it's noticeable in terms of recovery.

If there is a protein deficiency, this complex helps
सत्यापित खरीदारी
On the advice of the doctor, at the beginning of the second trimester, a complex of essential amino acids was added. They assumed that although I eat small portions 5 times a day, I cannot get enough protein from food, because I also had problems with appetite, especially with different types of meat and fish. The advantage is that the capsule contains a complex of all essential amino acids and only one is enough per day. I drank it in the morning and did not think about them anymore. Therefore, the jar lasts for a long time - respectively, 90 capsules for 90 days.

I've added amino acids to my workouts. I take a capsule 30-40 minutes before the gym or between meals. I feel like my recovery is faster: less muscle soreness and more energy by the end of the week. The capsules are medium-sized and don't have a chemical taste. The upside is I trust the quality of Solgar. The downside is that you need to take them regularly and don't expect "miracles" without adequate protein in your diet.

Amino acids from Solgar.

The company is proven and deserves respect. We have used many products of this company, and we continue to use them. However, taking this particular complex for several weeks - I did not notice any fundamental changes in my body. Perhaps the lack of effect is due to the fact that the body has enough of all the necessary substances. (Macro and micro elements, Vitamins, Enzymes, Enzymes, etc.) Anyway - I drink and I believe in favor. Good health and good shopping, friends.

The complex contains essential amino acids that are involved in the formation of protein - the main building block of the body, collagen and elastin, contribute to the restoration of skin and bone tissue and rapid healing of wounds. The packaging is glass, which pleases;) The capsule size is convenient for swallowing, the quality of the brand is excellent, I recommend it!☺️

Amino acids directly affect the state of the nervous system, regulating mental activity, mood and sleep. These components are necessary during training for the formation of muscles, tendons and ligaments, as well as hair and skin. Without a sufficient amount of amino acids, active growth of muscle mass is impossible. Great quality, ingredients, huge health benefits in general.
