Contains everything we need, adults over 50 years. What I'd prefer, is to be in caps and not in tabs

A powerful therapeutic multivitamin complex with minerals in chelated form (for better absorption). Contains high (above the daily norm) dosages of B vitamins. The tablets have a specific smell and are large in size.

The best form of vitamins!
सत्यापित खरीदारी
I bought this multivitamin complex for my husband, and he felt a noticeable effect from the very first day! He felt more alert, energetic, and clear-headed. Although we just started taking it (two tablets a day, as directed on the package), the results were noticeable almost immediately. We hope the effect will be even stronger over time. The ingredients are very high-quality: the vitamins and minerals are chelated, which improves absorption and is gentle on the stomach. The medium-sized tablets are convenient, odorless, and easy to swallow. It's also great that it's vegan-friendly and free of gluten, wheat, and dairy. I think this is one of the best multivitamins we've tried. I'll definitely order one for myself next time. Excellent quality, and I can tell it's working! 🌿

The best

These are probably the only multivitamins in chelated form that I've been able to find. They're of incredible quality, just like Solgar in general! After studying the ingredients, I also take a few other vitamins separately at other times of the day. These include magnesium, calcium, iron, and K2D3.

We accept them for 8 years
सत्यापित खरीदारी
As always - the best, great effect, I've been taking them for my family for 8 years. We take them in periods: autumn, winter and spring. Prevents deficiency of almost all vitamins and minerals. Additionally, I take calcium, magnesium. Now I got sick with SARS, although it's still summer, the package came on time, I started taking vitamins and immediately got a surge of strength. I don't know how they work, but with them we almost don't get sick, and if we do catch an infection, we tolerate it much easier. The taste is neutral, the size is convenient for an adult to swallow, Solgar quality is time-tested, probably that's why there are no discounts and promotions on the brand :), but we still buy these vitamins. By the way, I don't like all Solgar products in terms of composition, so we replace them with other companies. But these vitamins are what we need in terms of composition and fullness
