The quality and ingredients are superior to any other b vitamin complex. The B vitamins are essential for celiac disease. No niacin flush. Potency is perfect for nervous system support and metabolism. It has a particular taste, it's not bad, you just know you took your B supplement.

Good b complex.

I appreciate this B complex isn’t a ridiculous amount of each B vitamin. I don’t have to take it every day, but I feel like it’s pretty helpful for my energy. No niacin flush. Would definitely repurchase, it’s a great amount for the price.

I really like the quality. The ingredients are well selected. The size is great, it will last a long time. I like that it contains folic acid and niacin. After taking it, I feel a surge of energy. Large packaging. I take it constantly and see the result: it improves the state of the nervous system, metabolism. The taste is very pleasant. I like this product for its price and quality. I like that it was delivered quickly.

I have to buy a lot of things every month. If I evaluate them one by one, I will be very frustrated, so I made a special template. When you see this paragraph, it means that I am very satisfied with this product. Later buyers can buy it with confidence. Of course, I am not an irresponsible buyer. If the product is not good, I will also spend some time to comment on it.

This complex recommended me my trainer for long distance runs, so I decided to have one. I really enjoyed it, first of all for its quality, quantity and price. Just one tablet per day, more over I don’t get it every day. With vit D and magnesium it’s do really nice support complex for energy and nervous system.

It has little odor!
सत्यापित खरीदारी
I dislike the distinctive smell of vitamin B supplements, but this one had the least noticeable smell of any I've tried so far. I often take supplements on an empty stomach, and with others, the smell would sometimes come up from my stomach afterward, making me feel nauseous. This one didn't have that problem, and I found it very easy to take.

The grains are larger than I expected

This was my first time using iHerb, so I didn't know how to use it, but I was happy that it arrived earlier than Amazon. This was also my first time ordering this supplement, and it has a very strong, unique smell that can be smelled even when it's in a pill case. Also, the pills were larger than I expected, and although I didn't mind, it may be difficult for some people to take it with other supplements.
