An excellent product with good quality, composition, and dosage. It's especially helpful for those with joint pain and inflammation. It's best taken long-term, for at least 1-3 months, depending on the severity of the pain. This isn't a quick-fix anti-inflammatory, but a slow-acting, cumulative remedy. Its benefits are undeniable, as it enhances the effects of other medications.

I've heard of the benefits of frankincense, including its powerful anti-inflammatory properties, ability to soothe joint pain, reduce wrinkles and scars, and relax the mind to alleviate anxiety. However, I've never taken it before. Due to menopausal pain, especially severe joint pain upon waking up in the morning, my joints have significantly improved after taking frankincense for two weeks. I will repurchase it!

I'm so glad there is such a wonderful tool! Two weeks after an unsuccessful fall (winter-icy ice) there was pain in the hip joint. I started taking Boswellia right away. Three tablets a day, however, before that she took the drug with glucosamine. I read in the reviews that you need to drink for two weeks to feel the effect, but to my surprise and joy, relief came after a week !!! Now this supplement was prescribed to a friend, she has a problem with her shoulder joint. We really hope it helps. The tablets are rather big, with a sharp smell of incense, but they are drunk comfortably. Packaging is standard for this manufacturer. The quality of the dietary supplements of this company is always on top. Thanks to everyone for the feedback, because it was thanks to them that I met Boswellia!

An excellent drug! I accept in connection with sore shoulder joints. I am very pleased with the result. And when paired with turmeric, the effect is even better. Boswellia relieves inflammation, not just dulls pain. Helps even with chronic ailments. I buy Boswellia (together with turmeric) for my grandfather, his legs hurt. Especially if there is a lot of things to do and you have to walk for a long time, then by the evening without painkillers he could not move around the apartment normally and even more so sleep. I gave him Boswellia to drink and lo and behold, the man was able to give up painkillers! Of course, it does not relieve pain 100%, it is simply not possible. But the aches became bearable, at the level of "well, it hurts" and now the fishing trip does not bring grandfather to the felling.

My acquaintance with Boswellia began precisely with this manufacturer, because I have a disease of psoriatic arthritis, I had to constantly take non-steroidal drugs that have a very bad effect on the liver, the effect of Boswellia was very pleased, I stopped drinking all sorts of diclofenacs at all, I drink 1 table one on an ongoing basis once a day, I have enough packaging for a long time and for the price and benefit it is more profitable than harmful drugs, with seasonal exacerbations I increase it to twice a day, although the manufacturer writes that it is possible to take 1 * 3 times a day. I am very pleased with the result! We drink Boswellia from different manufacturers and are very happy with everyone! I draw your attention to the Boswellia content in one capsule or tablet, because there is more to eat less, so some manufacturers have a single dose of 2 pcs at once! I recommend you to start your acquaintance with the Boswellia of this manufacturer! thank you so much for 👍🌹

This remedy turned out to be a salvation for my arthrosis. My ailment: the joints of the shoulder girdle hurt and the pain radiates to the muscles (deltas, biceps and triceps). I drink 1 tablet in the morning, afternoon and evening, this is enough to relieve pain. And if it starts to ache, then I add 1 tablet and that's enough. Before that, she was saved by indomethacin, but the shelves were forced to look for a safe remedy. I'm very glad I found this bossvel. Bosswellia in large tablets, there is a smell, but weak, I take it with 100 ml of water

For those who have problems with joints, this boswellia extract from Source Naturals is a must-buy! I took it to relieve inflammation and improve mobility, and the result amazed me. But I have a secret life hack for you: be sure to take boswellia in combination with sulfur (MSM) - in such a duet they work simply incredible. After a month of regular use, you will feel a real "wow effect": joints become much more mobile, the characteristic pain and discomfort during movements disappear. Boswellia is a powerful natural anti-inflammatory that acts gently, but very reliably. The tablets themselves are small, easy to swallow and do not cause any side effects from the stomach. I am very pleased with the quality of the brand and how my body responded to this course. This is a really effective alternative to pharmacy ointments that heals from the inside. I highly recommend trying this combination to everyone who wants to move freely again!

I gave it to my mother as a pain reliever when she had a headache or body ache. It's clear that any pain has a cause, and it needs to be found. But Boswellia has anti-inflammatory properties anyway, so it won't make things worse.

I use boswellia as part of a complex for joint restoration and pain relief. It's a very good, high-quality supplement.
