Easy to drink pills, maybe a little big for some, but no issues drinking. Dosage is 3 pills a day max, so you can adjust by need.

I didn't like it, I liked True Calm from Now Foods much better. Although I'm sure the quality is good.

The size of the tablet is quite large, but it becomes slippery with water and is easy to swallow. I started taking them because I had a vitamin deficiency and added appropriate nutrition, so I noticed that my nervous system was balanced and my hair fell out less, but this must be combined with nutrition. The taste is cool, not bad. The packaging is beautiful and convenient. I have only been taking them for 2 weeks, but I think it will be even better in the future, there are no side effects, everything is fine.

The quality of this manufacturer is beyond doubt. The size is large, but easy to swallow. The dosage is effective, and restful sleep is guaranteed if taken before bed.
