I had an equol test and found out that I can't produce equol in my body. Also, Japanese equol supplements are expensive and contain small amounts of the ingredient, and I heard that genistein is more effective than equol, so I decided to buy this. At first, the size is very large and I almost choked on it when I swallowed it whole, so now I chew it into small pieces before taking it. It has a faint soy flavor. I'm surprised at how much it has alleviated my menopausal symptoms, especially trigger finger! I plan to continue taking it.

A good product: the tablets are convenient, the ingredients are clear, and the packaging is high-quality. I'm taking it as a course and am pleased with the overall experience. The large volume lasts a long time, making it convenient for regular use.

I stopped taking it without realizing it, and suddenly I realized I was feeling tired and unsettled, so I started taking it again and it made me feel better. It also contains vitamin C, so I thought it might be good. I try to take it after dinner.

The size is about the same as the picture when placed on the cap. It says to take two pills twice a day, but since I'm a small Japanese person, I thought maybe half would be enough, so I started by taking one pill at a time.

Source Naturals, Genistein, Soy Complex. An isoflavone supplement chosen for hormonal balance. The ingredients are clear and uncluttered. Convenient to take in courses. Effects don't appear immediately; they take time. May not be suitable for those avoiding soy. Overall, this product is for conscious, targeted use.

I want to fight aging a little bit.

I'm about to turn 52. I don't have any particular menopausal symptoms, but I started taking this as a preventative measure because my hair started turning gray and my eyesight started to deteriorate. I usually take NOW Vitamin C, so the size of the tablets didn't bother me.

Good for women

I was researching various products for menopause management, and chose this one because it seemed to have clean ingredients. Because it's a soy complex, I can take it without any burden, so I've been taking it regularly. The pill size is just right, so I don't feel any discomfort. It has virtually no scent or odor, so it worked well even for my sensitive skin. Overall, it's a reliable and safe product, so I'm satisfied with it.

I use it constantly and am very pleased with the quality. The results are immediate and last for a long time. The ingredients are perfectly selected, the tablets are the perfect size, and the packaging is high-quality. I highly recommend everyone try it; you'll only buy it afterward. It's very effective, calms the nervous system, tastes great, and gives a lot of energy. It's good for health, age, and hair.
