This malic acid supplement helps me with muscle recovery and energy levels. I take it especially after workouts and feel it makes a difference in how quickly I bounce back. The dosage is convenient, and I appreciate the quality. More of my supplement experiences in my profile! Like if this was useful! 😊

I ordered this form of magnesium for myself because I train in the gym. And it supports muscle function. I take 2 tablets a day.

Good product

First and foremost, I consider the packaging important, and they deliver very well on that, along with iHerb's shipping policy, which is what I praise most and recommend. I bought it to try it out, to see if there are any benefits in terms of muscle recovery, due to the malic acid ingredient, and simply to ensure my daily magnesium intake. The tablet size is large; if that's a problem, you can take the smaller version.

It's very nice. I liked it. I took it because it dissolves stones. I feel it will be beneficial, God willing.

Magnesium malate
सत्यापित खरीदारी
I thought it was malic acid, but it's okay on fire, judging by the information on the package. I continue to take apple cider vinegar, this magnesium is great when the corresponding one is not available on the site. It helps with muscle aches and cramps and is perfect for athletes. All health!

Apparently recommended for people with fibromyalgia, I decided to give it a try. I haven't necessarily seen a difference after 1 month but we'll see in the long term.

Malic acid is a natural fruit acid that is present in most cells in the body and is an intermediary factor in the Krebs cycle, where energy is captured during the metabolism of carbohydrates and fats. Magnesium plays an important role in muscle relaxation and is an essential cofactor for more than 300 enzymatic reactions in metabolism, ATP synthesis and energy production.

Clean composition. Conveniently sized capsules, easy to swallow. I really liked the supplement. I've been taking it for only 2 weeks to work on insulin resistance, I feel more energy, I want to snack less, and my cravings for sweets have decreased. My face has become less irritated. I can calm down faster after stress. Overall, the results are obvious. I hope to improve my metabolism with this supplement. Clean composition. Conveniently sized capsules, easy to swallow.
