Lysine and Proline are good for skin. They are essential for collagen formation. That's why I bought this one.

This is not the first time I've taken this complex. The combination of proline and lysine is a good supplement to the diet, especially for supporting skin and connective tissues. The tablets are high-quality, the packaging lasts a long time, I'm satisfied with the results.

I bought this supplement to support my joints and skin. The tablets are quite thick, but they're easy to swallow if you drink plenty of water with them. After three weeks, I noticed my knees felt more comfortable walking up stairs, and my skin looked firmer. I'm happy with the results; the jar is just enough for a full course.

Collagen is made up of lysine, proline, and glycine. I took this supplement to stimulate the production of my own collagen. It's a shame that it doesn't contain glycine, so I have to take it separately. The size of the tablets is quite large, so I take them with food, it's easier for me to swallow.

I like the quality of this brand. I use these amino acids with and without protein supplements to support connective tissue and muscles, even without training. The ingredients are natural, and the benefits are noticeable with long-term use. The capsules are medium-sized, and the taste is neutral.

The capsules are odorless, but the size is quite large. They perform their function as an additional source of protein for the body. They improve the condition of the hair and well-being. The quality of the supplement is good.
