This natural plant-based product is made from the bark of the coastal European pine, Pinus maritima, which contains 65% procyanidins, a special class of water-soluble flavonoid antioxidants that effectively neutralize free radicals, help maintain normal muscle function, support the nervous system, and promote tissue formation and energy production. This is an excellent supplement, offering excellent value for money, a natural composition, and benefits liver health. It's gentle on the stomach. I highly recommend it!

As a man who regularly works out, I found this product very effective in boosting energy and aiding post-workout recovery. The dosage is ample, and after taking it for a while, I felt more energetic and my focus during training improved. I bought Pycnogenol on recommendations in various schemes - for eyes, from noise in ears, etc. I drank for 2 months in combination with other supplements, I did not feel any special changes and did not notice any from Pycnogenol. Either you need a double dosage, or take it longer. The brand is of good quality. I do not reduce the stars.

I've been taking these vitamins for several weeks now, and I'm really feeling the benefits. I feel more alert, have more energy and mental clarity, and my mood has improved. My constant fatigue has disappeared, I sleep better, and my skin and hair look much healthier. I especially like the balanced composition: it contains B vitamins, vitamin D3, C, E, zinc, magnesium, iron, selenium, and biotin—everything you need to support your body, immune system, and nervous system. The capsules are easy to swallow, gentle on the stomach, and well-absorbed. I'm very pleased with the quality and results! This is an excellent complex for those who want to maintain their health, energy, and beauty every day.

Excellent supplement! I took the course for one month. The effects are noticeable: my energy increased, fatigue disappeared, and my overall well-being improved. The ingredients are well-thought-out, without unnecessary fillers. The packaging is convenient, and the jar lasts a long time. It's easy to take. I highly recommend it! The price-quality ratio is excellent. I will definitely repeat the course.
