I drink 1 piece for a month, then I will drink every other day, until the epidemic begins to subside (not only in the corona, but, in principle, seasonal). The tablets are small, swallowed unnoticed. The can smell, of course, peculiar)))) Hydrogen sulfide. But this does not affect the taste of the tablets and afterwards. The first thing you notice when taking selenium is the absence of daytime sleepiness. This is absolutely obvious to everyone! For the rest, I hope for prevention and improvement of the internal state of the body

A good, basic selenium supplement without unnecessary components. The tablets are small and convenient. One bottle lasts a long time. Suitable for long-term use. The price is reasonable. The main thing is not to exceed the selenium dosage for a long period of time.

I recommend

Each tablet contains 200 mcg of selenium from L-selenomethionine, which is the optimal dosage to ensure the required level of this important trace element in the body. The package contains 120 tablets, which provides enough product for a long period of time. Selenium is a powerful antioxidant and plays an important role in maintaining a healthy immune system, thyroid function, and protecting cells from free radical damage. By taking this product regularly, I have noticed an improvement in my overall health and energy levels. The tablets are easy to swallow and well tolerated. I also appreciate the fact that they contain no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. Overall, I am very pleased with Source Naturals L-Selenomethionine Selenium and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and effective supplement to support overall health and immunity.

Selenium is a trace element that has effective antioxidant properties. Selenium can reduce the risk of some types of cancer. Some scientific evidence suggests that selenium intake may reduce the risk of some forms of cancer. However, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has determined that this evidence is limited and inconclusive.

active form of selenium
सत्यापित खरीदारी
Excellent quality, as it contains the active form of selenium. Large size, the package contains a lot of tablets that will last for a long time. Minerals such as iodine and selenium bring great benefits to the body, and their deficiency negatively affects the functioning of the thyroid gland. The ingredients of this supplement are presented in the chelated form of l-selenomethionine. Excellent dosage of 200 mcg. Neutral taste.

This selenium supplement has a very good composition. I noticed that I no longer get tired quickly. This is probably due to its antioxidant properties.
