Vanadium works with chromium and other minerals like zinc to regulate insulin levels for glucose control. The composition of both minerals assure the regulation. Vanadium is also found in black peppers.

Great for insulin resistance

The quality is excellent. I bought it after my cravings for sweets became very intense, and it reduced my overindulgence. In my opinion, every diet should include chromium; its effect is amazing in getting rid of cravings for sweets and sugars. I highly recommend it.

An interesting combination of minerals
I chose this complex for its combination of vanadium and chromium. The ingredients appear high-quality, without unnecessary additives, which was important when choosing. The tablets are small, flavorless, and easy to take. The dosage is convenient; there's no need to divide or combine them with other supplements. I do feel some benefits—a more stable state throughout the day and reduced cravings for sweets. Overall, it's good value for the price, especially if you're looking for a basic mineral complex.

An excellent micronutrient for supporting blood sugar and insulin sensitivity. After just a couple of days, I began to feel less fatigued after meals, and my sudden energy fluctuations disappeared. I take it in the morning on an empty stomach—it works gently, with no side effects. It's top-notch for metabolic balance.

An excellent supplement to support carbohydrate metabolism and maintain sugar levels
Chromium and vanadium are trace elements that work synergistically to normalize carbohydrate and fat metabolism, maintain healthy blood sugar levels, and increase insulin sensitivity. They contribute to the effective absorption of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats, and are also used to lower cholesterol levels, support the heart and cardiovascular system. Despite all the advantages, it is better not to prescribe such a supplement yourself, but to consult a specialist. In my opinion, the composition is excellent. High-quality, working ingredients in good proportions. The size of the capsules is standard, comfortable to take. I felt the improvement within a week of starting to take the supplement.
