Very good vitamins, the main thing is that they are not in small tablets and are easy to chew. You can give it to children and the child eats without problems.

High doses of vitamin B1 can help with Parkinson's
सत्यापित खरीदारी
My father suffers from Parkinson's disease. This sublingual B1 is absorbed quickly and has a high dosage. It has improved Parkinson's disease to a certain extent. His spirits have improved, his movements have become more flexible, his balance function has improved significantly, and his sense of smell has also improved. However, you have to find the right dosage for yourself. My father now takes half a tablet every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning. Everyone is different. Don't be too eager for quick results and overdose. Overdose is very uncomfortable.

I started taking vitamin B1 because I often felt tired and lacking energy. After a while, I noticed I felt more focused and could handle stress better. My overall well-being also improved, and my head became clearer. I liked that the effect was gentle and supported my nervous system. Overall, I was pleased; I felt more energy and stability throughout the day.

Vitamin B 1
सत्यापित खरीदारी
B1 is a water-soluble vitamin essential for carbohydrate metabolism, converting glucose into energy, and proper nervous system function. It participates in the synthesis of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. It doesn't accumulate in the body and requires daily intake through food (nuts, cereals, meat) or supplements. Excellent quality. I found the taste bitter, so I washed it down with water. I haven't yet seen the results; I had a reaction, so I'll try it later.

I really liked the format - small tablets quickly dissolve under the tongue, no need to wash them down with water. Convenient to take with you. I felt the effect quite quickly: more energy, less fatigue. High-quality composition, without unnecessary additives. Excellent price-quantity ratio - lasts a long time. I will order again.
