I bought a large package of pomegranate for health. At my age I have problems with immunity and fatigue. The composition is wonderful, antioxidant, superfood, there are benefits, effectiveness and improvement, the quality of the ingredients is excellent. The capsule size is medium, the taste is neutral.

If you don't do it properly, your gut bacteria will decrease.

Some people can produce urolithin A from pomegranates, some have a mixed type of intestinal flora that can produce urolithin A, urolithin B, and isourolitin A, and some people can barely produce any or no urolithin. Urolithin is made of sulfates, and mitophagy and autophagy also occur using it as energy. However, the number of types of intestinal microorganisms in the intestines decreases. And in people with a mixed type, lactobacillus and bifidobacteria also decrease. In people who can only produce urolithin A, lactobacillus and bifidobacteria do not decrease. Currently, the heart is under ischemia and reperfusion stress due to the shedding disaster, but if autophagy occurs during reperfusion, the myocardium will not regenerate, which is bad. The spike protein damages the heart, which is why a 13-year-old boy who received a vaccine died in the bath, and myoporin who received five doses of the vaccine died in the bath. Only urolithin B protects the heart during reperfusion. If you have a mixed type and can produce Urolithin B, you can eat certain foods to prevent your lactobacillus and bifidobacteria from decreasing. This doesn't really apply to people with Urolithin A, but if you take this supplement and find out from your stool that you have a mixed type, you're in luck. That's because the mixed type is the strongest. If you do it well, you'll enjoy great health and a long life. If you do it poorly, it could even be worse. Knowledge is power.

I just started taking this pomegranate extract and so far so good. I haven't noticed anything different, but I think it helps boost my immunity, as normally by this time of the year I would be suffering from a nasty cold or even the flu which has been rampaging right now in Japan but this year I still haven't got it. Fingers crossed!!

I’ve been using the Pomegranate Complex from Swanson for a while now, and I’m really impressed with how it’s helped me. I initially got it for the antioxidant benefits, but it’s done so much more. The first thing I noticed was how much better I feel overall—like my energy levels are more consistent throughout the day. I also feel like it’s been great for my skin; I’ve gotten compliments on how fresh and clear it looks lately, which is such a nice bonus! On top of that, I’ve read about its benefits for heart health and recovery, and I think it’s made a difference for me. I’ve been able to keep up with my workouts without feeling as worn out afterward, which is huge. Plus, the capsules are easy to take and don’t upset my stomach, which is something I always worry about with supplements. All in all, this is a solid product I’ll definitely keep in my routine. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something natural that actually works!

I have to buy a lot of things every month. I would be very frustrated if I reviewed them one by one, so I made a special template. When you see this paragraph, it means that I am very satisfied with this product, and later comers can buy it with confidence. Of course, I am not an irresponsible buyer. If the product is not good, I will also spend some time to comment on it.

I am slightly obese and have high total cholesterol and triglycerides, so I bought this to address that. I am hopeful that the ellagic acid in pomegranate will be effective. I have only been taking it for about 10 days, so I have not seen any notable changes, but I have heard on TV that pomegranate has many benefits, such as rejuvenating blood vessels, so I will continue taking it.

I'm approaching menopause. I saw on TV that pomegranate is good for beauty, so I'm taking it. It's reasonably priced and the tablets are a size that I find easy to swallow. I believe that taking it every day has an invisible effect lol. I take one tablet in the morning and one tablet in the evening. It's a product I want to continue taking!
