Swanson pterostilbene, much better absorbed by body than resveratrol. I can feel increased energy about 1/2 after I take it. Not sure about benefits for skin and wrinkles because I just started taking it, about a week ago or so. I belive its helping with inflammation as well because I can feel that my knees are not as stiff. Taste is ok, basically tasteless, size is perfect - small size pills. Packaging is great, I like that its packed in a small jar in accordance with number of small pills. Some packaging don't make sense, huge jar with a number of pills on the bottom - total waste of plastic or glass.

When used in combination with resveratrol

As expected from Swanson's pterostilbene, I think it's of the highest quality. (The bottle is quite small since it contains 30 capsules)...I'd like to continue taking it somehow.

Preliminary research suggests that pterostilbene has antioxidant properties that may be independent of and complementary to resveratrol. This means that pterostilbene provides enhanced protection against free radicals that are produced in the body as a result of exercise, stress, or exposure to certain everyday pollutants. Swanson Pterostilbene contains 50 mg of this beneficial antioxidant in each serving to support healthy aging and long-term well-being.

This product offers decent and reliable quality with a simple and straightforward formulation that focuses on the core active ingredient without unnecessary complexity The ingredients are clean minimal and easy to understand which can be a positive choice for those who prefer a basic approach to supplementation The capsule size is standard comfortable to swallow and suitable for daily use without discomfort The bottle size is on the smaller side but works well for trying the product or for shorter cycles Overall the quality feels consistent and stable making it a reasonable and practical option especially for users who want a gentle introduction to pterostilbene supplementation.

Cardiovascular Health 50 mg Per Capsule Dietary Supplement Experience the antioxidant support of Swanson pterostilbene for improved well-being. With the discovery of resveratrol in grapes, researchers began studying similar compounds found in other foods. One of the most promising to date is pterostilbene, an antioxidant phytonutrient found in some berries (especially blueberries). Pterostilbene is related to resveratrol but has some key advantages. It is better absorbed and provides more potent metabolic support. In other words, when you take pterostilbene, more of it enters your body and remains active longer. Preliminary research suggests that pterostilbene has antioxidant properties that may be both independent and additive to resveratrol. This means that pterostilbene provides improved protection against free radicals that form in the body as a result of exercise, stress, or exposure to certain everyday pollutants. Swanson Pterostilbene provides 50 mg of this beneficial antioxidant in each serving to promote healthy aging and well-being.

Be sure to take it with NMN.

I'm consistently taking the NMN+pterostilbene combination. I've primarily used products from ProHealth Longevity, but I'm trying out products from various companies to find better results. NMN+pterostilbene is definitely effective. It has a positive effect on overall metabolism, giving me energy, reducing inflammation, and improving my skin. Ultimately, I guess it has an anti-aging effect. If I stop taking it, I feel weak again and have more inflammation. I'm finding the MMN+pterostilbene combination that works for me and taking it consistently. I also take it in rotation with glutamine and glutathione.
