I tried it the first day and it fell off 😂 Today I'm using it for the second time, I'll continue testing and update you, God willing. It's back ✨ So-so, honestly, the effect isn't immediate, but I've started applying it an hour beforehand, it's of average quality.

Excellent! I ordered it and then ordered two more boxes. I'll keep ordering when I run out. It's easy to use and really helps you sleep for 4 to 6 hours without feeling dizzy or sleepy after waking up. It relaxes the body and promotes a wonderful sleep.

A lifesaver for those who dislike swallowing capsules! Falling asleep becomes natural and easy.
सत्यापित खरीदारी
I used to take melatonin capsules before bed, but it always felt like it would take a long time to work, and sometimes I'd wake up feeling groggy the next day. Benefits: Since trying this sleep patch on iHerb, I apply it to my wrist or shoulder an hour before bed after my daily workout, and listening to music naturally induces sleepiness. The patch's release is very gentle, allowing me to maintain a deep sleep. I wake up refreshed in the morning, without any odor or hangover feeling—it's truly amazing!

Quality sleep patches that really work
सत्यापित खरीदारी
The product is quality and easy to use, comes in a compact and neat package with a thin and delicate texture that is not noticeable on the skin. It has clear benefits in calming and improving sleep thanks to each active ingredient such as melissa, valerian and melatonin. I liked that the patches are almost transparent, stick well and help you fall asleep quickly without a heavy feeling.

Sleep stickers

Because I work full nights, their quality is excellent, excellent. I fell asleep for the first time for 12 hours in a row like a dead mother. These stickers are a waste of time and worth every shekel.
