This complex includes ~10 different B vitamins, probably all that are needed. One thing to notice is that B vitamin is sometimes included into other minerals.

I bought it specifically because the B6 content is low, most B-complex supplements have very high levels, which can lead to toxicity and nervous system issues. This is the only B-complex I actually like, mainly because it’s in a methylated form that’s easy to absorb. Has a specific b vitamins smell but no taste. I always notice the benefits when I take it. Since I have digestive issues and food intolerances, I need to make sure I’m getting enough B vitamins. I don’t take it daily, about 4–5 times a week is enough for me and it definitely gives me more energy overall. If you decide to try it, take it in the morning, for some people it can cause mild restlessness or anxiety at first. The price is reasonable for the quality you get.
