Not very good

They literally take the water from the great salt lake and add the magnesium salt to it. Unfortunately the water from the salt lake is contaminated with PCBs and I and other people too felt headaches after using this product. Hence, it's a low quality finished product. Ingredients are magnesium chloride, which is not a particularly high quality for of magnesium.

Purchased for my child
I bought this for my daughter who is prone to instability. I don't feel anything, but my child says it tastes bitter, and she immediately notices when I put it in her drink and won't drink it. It's sad... (lol) I've had to drink it myself, but I feel like my headaches and arrhythmias have decreased a little... or is it just my imagination? I'll keep drinking it! My mother, who also suffers from arrhythmias but is more severe than me, says that so far there has been no noticeable effect!

Easy magnesium
When I take it in capsule form, I always end up with loose bowels, probably due to the amount. A magnesium deficiency can cause problems in various parts of the body. Leg cramps in the middle of the night, mental restlessness, and shallow sleep at night may also be due to a magnesium deficiency. If you don't eat much seafood, I think this is necessary.

This product offers liquid magnesium glycinate. The taste is unpleasant, but the benefits it provides make me tolerate the taste. Liquid products are always better absorbed than capsules. I hope the price will be reduced. The quantity in the package is large compared to the amount used, which is only a few drops. I think everyone knows the benefits of magnesium glycinate.

The best magnesium. I personally even liked the taste, a little sweet. Convenient dosage, ml marks are written on the pipette. It has a good effect on the quality of sleep and is relaxing.

Liquid magnesium is fairly easily absorbed. It can be added to water or juice. It has a distinctive, slightly mineral and bitter taste. The bottle is used sparingly. Muscle relaxation may sometimes be felt after use. The key is to avoid overdosing.
