High-quality magnesium, unpleasant taste. Good natural magnesium from a natural lake. It has a distinctive taste and smell. However, the quality is excellent, and the ingredients are natural and beneficial. It helps improve sleep quality.

These vitamins are good. They're probably suitable for everyone, but you need to get tested and see a doctor. These days, you can't live without vitamins! The quality is good. I highly recommend them. They'll be beneficial. The taste is an acquired taste. Any natural vitamins and supplements containing D, D3, B, A, C, E, Omega, Zinc, as well as liquid vitamins, and many others, when used correctly, ultimately have a positive effect on the skin, heart, cardiovascular system, etc. Knowing the dosage is essential for children. Take care of your health.

This is a basic mineral supplement most often used to support the nervous system and muscles. Overall, it seems simple yet truly beneficial, especially during periods of stress, fatigue, or sleep deprivation. Its main effect is relaxation and recovery: magnesium plays a role in nervous system function, helps reduce tension, alleviate fatigue, and maintain normal muscle function. The bottom line: a good "base" for supporting the nervous system and promoting recovery, especially in the presence of stress, fatigue, or magnesium deficiency.

Many diseases and pathological conditions are the result of magnesium deficiency. To maintain normal magnesium levels in the body and to feel good, I have been taking it consistently for a long time, several years. I tried many different manufacturers and shapes. And now Trace Minerals. It contains magnesium in various forms, as well as a micronutrient complex that contains the full spectrum of natural ionic trace elements for mineral balance in the body.
