Very amazing.. I didn't notice any loss of appetite as much as I noticed ease of digestion and I started going to the bathroom after years of suffering with constipation

Surprisingly effective!
This brand is generally considered an e-commerce brand, but I needed a 250mg dose of berberine, so I bought it. Surprisingly, this dosage offers the benefit of being less intense at night, which is particularly beneficial for those who exercise and manage blood sugar levels during sleep, allowing for faster recovery. The other ingredients in the complex, such as cinnamon extract, while not sufficient, complement the berberine HCl and are a great choice.

To reduce fat, take it after eating. (The last sentence appears to be a nonsensical string of characters and symbols, possibly a corrupted or incomplete thought.)

High-quality berberine. Reduces inflammation. The dosage is good. The size is medium, easy to swallow. The only thing is that it has a slight color, which is probably due to the curcumin.
