This is the best quality brand of DGL I have tried. Easy to take size and dosage. It's been a huge help with my mild GERD.

restoration of the gastrointestinal mucosa
DGL (licorice root) is beneficial for healing the gastrointestinal mucosa. DGL is free of acids that can disrupt blood pressure, making it safe in this regard. The quality of the ingredients is excellent. The capsules are medium-sized. I take DGL in courses, and to help heal the gastrointestinal mucosa, I also take zinc-carnosine, L-glutamine, and probiotics (I alternate between probiotics from different companies). All of these supplements help me maintain gastrointestinal health.

The quality is good, the ingredients too, the composition has great benefits for the stomach lining and digestive system, it generates mucosa so that the pH of the stomach is correct, allowing for good digestion and an ideal barrier for internal and external pathogens, It helps in improvement, I have combined it with glutamine and zinc carnosine, as well as with probiotics. Consulting with a good nutritionist or functional doctor is ideal. My family, friends and acquaintances have had good results with this ingredient, the quantity of the product and the price are excellent.

Licorice extract without glycyrrhizin, which can increase blood pressure. Convenient vegetable capsules, soothes an irritated stomach. I like the lack of added sugars, I like the presence of magnesium stearate less.

DGL capsule

DGL in capsule form works to support the gut and immunity. To help the stomach lining, it is more beneficial to use a chewable product. Both have their place. I use both myself.
