These are amazing. The onky thing that could be improved is to make them smaller, or chewable

In just one week, I started sleeping whenever I wanted, and it really helped me during Ramadan. I take it right after dawn and sleep soundly for 7-8 hours without interruption. I'm so happy with it, and it won't be the last time I take it, God willing.

melatonin-magnesium complex

This supplement is great for relaxing and sleeping. The capsules are small. The melatonin dosage is just right (I bought it for my grandmother). She's started sleeping better. Plus, the magnesium citrate helps. The ingredients are natural. The benefits are there. The quality is excellent. It lasts a long time.

A wonderful formula for deep sleep and complete relaxation
सत्यापित खरीदारी
An excellent product of high quality. The advantage of this supplement is that it combines magnesium and melatonin in one tablet, eliminating the need to take two separate supplements. It promotes restful and deep sleep from the first use and does not cause headaches upon waking. The quantity for the price is excellent, and I will definitely repurchase it.

These are the best - they get me to sleep every night without fail. I suffer with waking up most nights and they are the only thing that works!

It is considered excellent, but its use for extended periods is not recommended. It is considered safe and contains magnesium, which aids in deep sleep.
