General Information

Due to the fluctuations of the exchange rate, orders with value very close to the tax-free limit may be assessed Duties and Taxes (D&T) as the currency exchange rate may vary from the order date to the customs clearance date.

Please check with your local customs office to see if you can import the items, and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

Restriction

At iHerb, we respect the rules and regulations of ​Russian​ government and do our best to block Customs prohibited products from our site. However, please be aware, the following substances are not allowed to be imported into​ Russia ​: Hemp seed, kava, raw seed, raw nuts.

Item Level Restriction: After working with local customs, our logistics partners have advised adding a quantity restriction of 5 items per product/SKU number in order to ensure personal import. This is not a restriction of the order total. For example, customers may purchase 15 items, as long as there are 3 separate Product/SKUs.

Customs Information

As of January 1, 2020 the personal import over EUR 200 and / or 31 kg per parcel will be subject to applicable Duties, Taxes and other customs fees.

iHerb will not be liable for packages held or confiscated by customs.

According to the Order of The Federal Customs Service Of the Russian Federation, of 05.07.2018 № 1060 «The procedure for using as a passenger customs declaration of the register of express goods of goods for personal use, delivered by the carrier to individuals, using the UAIS of customs authorities» recipients of personal shipments with Russian citizenship must provide an ITN along with Passport ID for customs clearance. You can access https://service.nalog.ru/inn.do to obtain the Individual Taxpayer Identification Number.

Shipping

All iHerb orders are shipped out from our US warehouses to your country by Air Freight. 

The Estimated Delivery window provided by iHerb reflects most standard deliveries. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of iHerb’s control.

You may have to pay import taxes, customs duties, or a brokerage (handling) fee for your order. These charges are separate from your shipping fee, and you will be billed directly from the carrier of your choice.

  • Global Air Locker with Tracking: When selecting Global Air Locker with tracking service, iHerb automatically allocates Pickup Locker locations in your shipping destination for the quickest, most cost-effective shipping carriers available. You will be able to select your Pickup Locker location at checkout. (Shipping carriers available with this service include: Russian Post Office Pickup, Pony Express Pickup and Postamats, 5Post Pickup and Postamats, SberLogistics Pickup and Postamats or Boxberry Pickup and Postamats.)

  • Global Air Home Delivery with Tracking: If Global Air Home Delivery with Tracking service is selected, iHerb will allocate the quickest and most affordable shipping carrier in your region, Russian Post Delivery (EMS), Pony Express Delivery, SberLogistics Delivery or Boxberry Delivery. Please refer to the shipping service detail below for each carrier option.

  • Boxberry Pickup and Postamats: Order can be picked up at a Boxberry Pickup Point by providing the unique code, received via SMS on tel #, that was used during checkout. The storage periods:

    Pickup Point - 28 days (Any unclaimed package will be disposed of after the storage period is expired)

    Postamats - 8 days

    Ozon parcel shop - 14 days

    Ozon lockers - 3 days - (customer also can extend storage time for one extra day via contacting Boxberry customer care hotline)

    For Postamats, unclaimed orders will be stored in the warehouse for 28 days and will be disposed of after 28 days.

  • Boxberry Delivery: In case the delivery address is not served by Boxberry, customer's order will be delivered by EMS courier service.

      Boxberry Tracking: Please note, tracking will not be available for a few days after your order is placed due to the information exchange between the company and delivery service. Your tracking number will have following format: 0000XXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Orders can be tracked on Boxberry site or by Boxberry hotline 88002226857, email [email protected].

  • Pony Express Pickup and Postamats: Order can be picked up at a Pony Express Pickup Point by providing the unique code, received via SMS on tel #, that was used during checkout. The storage period is 10 days after the order's arrival to the selected Pickup Point. Any unclaimed orders will be sent back and stored in the Pony Express warehouse for 28 days and will be disposed of after 28 days. For Postamats, the storage period is 3 days after the order’s arrival to the selected Postamat. Any unclaimed orders will be sent back and stored in the Pony Express warehouse for 28 days and will be disposed of after 28 days.

  • Pony Express Delivery: Order will be delivered to the door of consignee’s. In case the delivery address is not served by Pony Express, customer's order will be delivered by EMS courier service.

    • For shipping related inquiries regarding Pony Express orders, please contact the Pony Express Customer Service at 8-495-937-77-77.

      Pony Express Tracking: Please note, tracking will not be available for a few days after your order is placed due to the information exchange between the company and delivery service. Your tracking number is the same as your order number, with a -0 at the end (ex. XXXXXXXX-0). Orders can be tracked on Pony Express site or by phone at 8-495-937-77-77.

  • Russian Post - Post Office Pickup: Order can be picked up at a Russian Post office by providing order / tracking number of the parcel and Postal ID / Postal Passport / Passport of consignee. The storage period is 30 calendar days after the order's arrival to the selected Post office. After expiration of storage period unclaimed orders will be transferred for disposal.

  • Russian Post - Delivery (EMS): Order will be delivered to the door of consignee's and will be handed to the consignee upon presenting the Passport. For shipping related inquiries regarding Russian Post orders, please contact the Russian Post Customer Service at 8-800-200-58-88

    • Russian Post Tracking: Please note, tracking might not be available during a few days after your order is placed due to the information exchange between the company and delivery service. Based on the delivery service chosen, your tracking number will have the format: EJXXXXXXXXRU, or RLXXXXXXXXRU. In order to have the full tracking information and receive notifications regarding order movement, would be great to download Russian Post app at https://www.pochta.ru/support/web-mobile-services/mobile-application. The order can also be tracked on Russian Post website https://www.pochta.ru/tracking by phone 8-800-200-5888 / 8-800-100-0000

  • 5 Post Pickup and Postamats: Order can be picked up at 5 Post Pickup Point and lockers by providing the security code provided by 5 Post via text message. If you have a personal account on fivepost.ru the security code will be available in the account as well. Import Customs Clearance of all parcels, shipped via 5 Post service will be organized by GBS. You will receive a text message from GBS if involvement from your side is needed to complete the import clearance of your parcel. The storage period is 7 days after the order arrival to the selected Pickup Point and locker. Any unclaimed orders will be sent back to a 5 Post warehouse and will be stored for 15 days. After 15 days, any unclaimed orders will be disposed of.

    • 5 Post Tracking: Please note that tracking will not be available for a few days after your order is placed due to the information exchange between the company and delivery service. Your tracking number is the same as your order number including an extension number(ex. XXXXXXXX-0). Orders can be tracked on 5 Post website (https://fivepost.ru/tracking), by phone at 8-800-555-55-05, or in your fivepost.ru personal account. For the inquiries related to customs clearance, please use Tel: +7 (495) 790-58-85 / Email: [email protected].

  • SberLogistics Pickup and Postamats: Order can be picked up at SberLogistics Pickup Point and Lockers by providing the security code sent by Sberlogistics via text message. Import Customs Clearance of all parcels shipped via SberLogistics service will be organized by GBS. You will receive a text message from GBS if involvement from your side is needed to complete the custom clearance process for your parcel. The storage period is 21 days after the order arrival to the selected Pickup Point and Locker.

  • SberLogistics Delivery: Order will be delivered to the door of consignee’s. Upon delivery, the consignee will be requested to present the security code sent by SberLogistics via SMS (sent to the phone number that was indicated during order placement).

    • Sberlogistics Tracking: Please note that tracking will not be available for a few days after your order is placed due to the information exchange between the company and delivery service. Your tracking number is the same as your order number including an extension number (ex. XXXXXXXX-0). Orders can be tracked on SberLogistics website ( https://sberlogistics.ru/tracking ), at [email protected] or by phone 8 800 100 7269.
