Great for certain migraine types
सत्यापित खरीदारी
My grandmother was taking this for a couple of years for her migraines. She had to take 1-2 tablets of 500mg thamin to have headache gone. Thanks to B1, she can avoid painkillers and its side effects. It works the same for my mother-in-law. I've tried B1 myself, but to my type of headaches, it does not help.

Very large pill! A bit hard to swallow fue to size, but makes sense considering the dosage. Otherwise works well, compressed pill not a capsule.

Thiamine B1 is one of the B vitamins. I took it because it was praised for its calming effects in cases of anxiety and stress at the beginning of its use. I see that it is useful, and I will focus on nutritional yeast because of its benefit in supplying the body with B vitamins naturally without side effects.
